1. Data controller

This notice is issued under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For visitors and customers in the European Union and the European Economic Area, it is also intended to satisfy the transparency requirements of the GDPR.
2. What data we collect
- Contact and quotation data: name, company, role, country, telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp number.
- Technical project data: alloy, billet dimensions, target capacity, plant status, timeline, and any layout or specification files you upload.
- Technical log data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited — kept for security and abuse prevention.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not use this site for automated profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Transfers to third parties and abroad
To prepare a technical comparison, the project data you provide may be shared with the manufacturers we represent — which are located outside Türkiye and outside the EEA, principally in China. Only the technical data required for the quotation is shared. Where you have not consented to this transfer, we will ask before sharing anything that identifies you or your company.
Data may also be processed by our hosting and e-mail service providers acting under contract as data processors.
5. Storage periods
Quotation records are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation and record-keeping periods. Technical log data is retained for a maximum of twelve months. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or anonymisation, information about transfers, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and — where applicable — data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
To exercise these rights, write to info@adatrustar.com.tr. We respond within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, in the EU/EEA, with your local supervisory authority.
7. Security
The site is served over TLS. Uploaded files are stored outside the public directory index, administrative access is protected, backups are taken regularly, and access is limited to staff who need it for the enquiry.
